TEAM AND ROSTER MODIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Login to the website with the account you used to register your team: http://snowfestpondhockey.com/my-account/

  2. Click the “Edit” link to modify your Team or Player Information.

Updates and changes to your roster may be made online until January 3rd, 2020 at 11:59 PM (CST).

ADMINISTRATIVE POLICIES

1. Team entries will not be processed without full payment.

2. All participants will be required to sign two waivers and provide photo ID (proof of age) upon registration. Any player in violation of the minimum age requirement (21 years old) will forfeit their place in the tournament. Any team playing with an underage or unregistered player will be disqualified from the tournament and will not receive a refund. Your age will be determined in reference to the closing day of Registration.

3. A player will only be allowed to play for one team in the tournament.

4. The organizing committee reserves the right to add or delete rules; all teams will be informed of changes prior to the start of the tournament.

5. The organizing committee reserves the right to prohibit any player or team from participating if they are deemed to cause safety concerns.

REFUND POLICY

  • Teams wishing to pull out of the tournament field prior to December 1, 2019 will receive one-third of the registration fee back. Teams pulling out after December 1, 2019 will not receive a registration fee refund.

  • If the event is canceled due to weather or unsafe ice conditions ten days, or more, prior to the tournament, teams will receive a refund of half (50%) of the registration fee along with a guaranteed team spot for the 2020 SFPH. If the event is canceled less than ten days prior to the tournament, teams will receive a guaranteed team spot for the 2021 SFPH, however no refunds will be given.

  • If the event is rescheduled due to weather or unsafe ice conditions ten days, or more, prior to the original tournament dates and a team is unable to attend on the rescheduled dates, we will honor the team’s registration and payment for the 2021 SFPH.

As with all weather related events, we strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance where available when booking flights. 

EVENT SITE REGULATIONS

  1. No outside food or beverage is allowed on the site.

  2. Tobacco products are not allowed on the site.

  3. Please be courteous to the neighborhood: no littering or trespassing.

  4. No animals allowed on site.

  5. Lost and Found will be located at the Information Booth located inside the Warming House.

  6. Medical Personnel will be on site during the duration of tournament play. A Volunteer will assist in contacting Medical Personnel, if the situation warrants.

  7. Dress appropriately for rapidly changing weather conditions and a frosty arctic breeze from the north.

  8. Players may dress in the lodge. This area will be monitored however SFPH is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Women may change in the women’s locker room.
